Delivery options
During checkout you can choose to have a package delivered to your home or to have it delivered to a parcel point near you.
Our packages are sent via courier services, including DHL, PostNL and DPD.
Delivery time
If you order before 11:00 PM from Monday to Friday, the order will be delivered the next day.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday (before 9:00 PM), the order will be delivered on Monday.
If you do not order before the indicated time, delivery will be postponed by one day.
(Please note, sometimes delays occur, if this takes too long, we would like to hear from you) .
Track and trace
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us containing the track and trace of your order.
You will also receive an email from us as soon as something happens with the track and trace. These can be the following events: the package is on its way, the package is delayed, the package is ready at a collection point and the package has been delivered.
What happens when you're not at home
The courier tries to deliver your package to the neighbors, if this does not work, they will take the package back and try again the next day. If that doesn't work, your package will be left at the parcel point nearest to you, you will receive an email from us about this.
