If you order before 11:00 PM from Monday to Friday, the order will be delivered the next day.

If you order on Saturday or Sunday (before 9:00 PM), the order will be delivered on Monday delivered.

Warranty period:

As a consumer, you are entitled to the legal provisions regarding warranty on every purchase. The legal warranty means that the product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it.

All Wegman brand products have a 1-year warranty.

How quickly will I be refunded after returns:

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

All our products have a statutory warranty and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response within 7 days of receiving your complaint.

An FM Transmitter is a device that transmits music from, for example, your smartphone, tablet or MP4 player on the FM band. You kind of create your own radio station that can only be received very locally. The transmitted power of an FM Transmitter is low, so the range is a maximum of 40 meters

FM Transmitters are mainly used to play your own music in the car, without connecting the car radio to the music carrier. You can set a frequency yourself on the FM Transmitter. By setting the frequency of the car radio to the same frequency, the sound from the FM Transmitter will be played through the car radio. Every FM radio can receive the signals from FM Transmitters.

The most commonly used frequencies are 87.5 and 108. If the frequency is not adjusted properly, you may experience annoying noise while using the FM Transmitter.

The FM Transmitter works best on a empty frequency (a frequency where no radio is played). The recommended frequencies may not work optimally in your region, so look for another frequency where you do not notice any noise.

Make sure that the FM Frequency you use is always an empty FM Frequency. Find more information about the correct frequency in the articles above.

Often the sound of the FM Transmitter is not set correctly for your radio, if you experience noise you can easily change the sound of the FM transmitter. How to change the sound for your FM Transmitter can be found in the manual that came with it.
